New Release: My Book of Poetry; Select Poems by an Iraq War Veteran

I am happy to announce the release of my latest book:  My Book of Poetry; Select Poems by an Iraq War Veteran.

My Book of Poetry; Select Poems by an Iraq War Veteran  is a collection of poems I wrote after I returned from the Iraq War.  I participated in the 2003 Invasion of Iraq as a Lance Corporal with the 1st Marine Division of the United States Marine Corps, and it changed my life. Surviving the war was one thing, dealing with the effects of the war was another.

I found solace in the therapeutic effects of writing. These poems reflect the feelings and emotions that someone who fought in a war could have after combat, and hopefully they can give people insight into the mindset of Veterans.
